i. If you have incidentally lost or misplaced your Credit / Debit Card.
ii. If your ATM Card is stuck in the dispenser or requisite cash has not been dispensed from the machine but nevertheless, the balance has been deducted from your Account.

STEPS to lodge a Customer Care Complaint
Level 1: One can call the 24 hours Customer Care number to lodge a complaint or can directly do it on the webpage of the page or to the Branch manager at the location and secure the docket / reference number, for future reference.
Level 2: The issue may then be escalated to the Circle Head of PNB, if favourable response is not forthcoming from Step 1.
Level 3: Subsequently in case of non-satisfactory response, one may reach out to the Zonal Head of PNB.
Last and Final Level: A Principal Nodal Officer is specifically designated as the ultimate Grievance Redressal Authority.
